RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

Warranty

Parts are warranted free of defects for a period of 1 year from receipt of order. Rebuilt, takeoff and OEM parts are warranted for only a 90-day period. Discount Cart Parts is not responsible for service calls, alleged harm, or damaged material resulting from the installation of our products. Discount Cart Parts will repair, replace or issue a full credit at our discretion on products that prove to be defective in workmanship or material. Freight on warranty items will be credited upon return unless replacement part was sent at free freight. If product is tested and deemed to not be defective part may be returned to customer with no credit given. Damage caused by improper installation or abuse is not covered.

RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE WRONG PART IS SHPPED OR THERE IS A FACTORY DEFECT CONFIRMED BY INSPECTION.

Damaged Items and Shortages

Damaged products and shortages must be reported to Discount Cart Parts within 5 business days of receipt of order.  Please inspect all merchandise and packaging upon arrival to ensure good condition. Defective items or shipping errors qualify for refunds or store credit. We will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (such as an incorrect or defective item).

To return a damaged product or shortage, Customers must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and Return Instructions from Discount Cart Parts.  The original Order number must accompany the return. 

To request a RMA number for a Damaged product  or Shortage, complete the return form online or call us at 972-771-2111.

SHIPPING POLICY

Discount Cart Parts strives to make its shipping prices and policy as fair as possible so you benefit from our low prices and the convenience of delivery right to your door.

We ship nationally and internationally to most addresses.  There are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to some international locations.

Our shipping rates apply to the lower 48 States only.  This included Standard and Non-Standard (Oversized) Shipping. Customers must contact Discount Cart Part for a shipping estimate for Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.  Next-day Air is available and customers should contact Customer Service.
