Discount Cart Parts strives to make its shipping prices and policy as fair as possible so you benefit from our low prices and the convenience of delivery right to your door.

We ship nationally and internationally to most addresses.  There are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to some international locations.

Our shipping rates apply to the lower 48 States only.  This includes Standard, Standard-Plus (Oversized Parcel) and Non-Standard (Oversized) Shipping. Customers must contact Discount Cart Part for a shipping estimate for Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders. International Orders are responsible to pay Duty, etc., through UPS before UPS will deliver.  If duty is not paid, the package will be abandoned.  Next-day and Second-day Air is available and customers should contact Customer Service at 972-771-2111.

 Additional Standard-Plus & Non-Standard Fees:  

  • LTL Residential Fee: Residential LTL (Less-Than-Truck)  require additional $40 fee.
  • Lift Gate Fee:  Lift Gate shipments require an additional $40 fee.  Must be requested at time of order.

Freight Definitions

  • Standard Freight: All items packaged and sent via standard carrier with no oversized/weight charges.
  • Standard Plus Freight: Parcel shipments that exceed weight and/or dimentional thresholds for size, but are still able to move in the small parcel network. (see return policy)
  • Non-Standard Freight: Typically LTL (Less-Than-Truck) loads and some oversized/weight items sent via UPS (see return policy)
  • Free Freight Thresholds: Do not apply to international orders and are subject to change.


We accept returns of most new, unopened items 14 calendar days after delivery.  At our sole discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange only.  If serial number or model year is not provided when ordering, wrong part returns are at our sole discretion. Returns may incur a Re-Stock fee up to 20%.  Refunds/Credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we have received the return. Returns must be in new, unaltered and unused condition and not show signs of wear or damage and in original packing.  (NOTE: Protective covering must not have been removed from windshields).

Unless item is defective, Electrical Items and Non-Standard, Standard-Plus and Special Order items, as well as International and Non-contiguous US location items cannot be returned or refunded.

Most refunds will be issued minus our original shipping cost and Re-stock fee.  We will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error (ex. you received a defective or incorrect item within 14 days). 

To return an item, customers must contact Discount Cart Parts at The original Order number must accompany the return. 

Damaged Items and Shortages

Damaged products and shortages must be reported to Discount Cart Parts within 5 business days of receipt of order.  Please inspect all merchandise and packaging upon arrival to ensure good condition. Defective items or shipping errors qualify for refunds or store credit. We will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (such as an incorrect or defective item). Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we have received the return. Refunds can take up to 30 days.


Most new products carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.  To make a warranty claim after the first 14 days of purchase, contact us at  We DO NOT offer warranty on electrical items that have not been installed by a golf cart company.  Buyer must show invoice proof from legitimate golf cart repair company.
